Renovations to Ashford Village Center
Ashford Village Center Remodel was approximately a 75% unoccupied shopping center. The outdated design was given a modern touch without major structural modifications. A couple material selections and a few different colors gave this shopping center new life. Additional consideration was taken on exterior lighting. At night the building is inviting with plenty of standard canopy lights, wall sconces and accent lights in the clerestory windows above the towers.
